Beginner Pole Choreography in Street Heels
Learn a full choreographed routine + film it at the end
2-hour beginner-friendly pole dancing IN HEELS workshop where you’ll learn a complete routine, build confidence, and finish with your own filmed moment.
This is the perfect “first step” into dancing in street heels on and around the pole.
You’ll learn a sexy, smooth, beginner-level choreo piece — taught step by step — with lots of support, lots of encouragement, and zero pressure.
All levels welcome.
Heels required (street/dance/boot heels).

What to Bring: Knee pads (for comfort), Heels and attire that makes you feel confident, and water to stay hydrated.
Filming Moment: At the end of the workshop, everyone will have a chance to film their routine.

Yes.
This is a Heels Choreo workshop, so heels are required.
Please bring street heels / dance heels / boot heels with ankle support.
Pleasers and platform pole heels are NOT used in this workshop (those are for EXO).

This workshop is beginner-friendly and perfect for first-timers.
You’ll be guided through every section of the routine at a comfortable pace.

This workshop is designed for beginners, Intro to Pole students, and anyone who wants to try choreo on and around the pole without needing tricks or prior training.

Wear anything you feel comfortable and sexy moving in — shorts, leggings, bodysuits, or anything you can bend and floorwork in.
Knee pads are recommended.
