Meet Your Instructor:

My name is Alyona Gulyansky, I am fitness trainer with a Master medical degree and over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.

My approach focuses on more than just training—it’s about building a balanced lifestyle with proper nutrition, self-care, and health.

All of this is aimed at improving the quality of life and achieving longevity.

Recently, I became a mother and went through the process of restoring my body after childbirth.

This experience provided me with unique knowledge, and now I help women recover after childbirth when previous workouts are no longer suitable.

I teach my clients how to care for themselves and love their bodies during this important life stage

  • Nope! This class is open to all levels. Whether you’re just getting back into movement or already have a regular fitness routine, this series is designed with options and progressions for everyone.

  • Yes! If you have an active membership, you can attend these classes as drop-ins at no extra charge. Just book your spot like you would any other class.

  • Yes, if space allows. Drop-ins are $30 per class — but the full series is the best deal and ensures your spot every week (we’re capping the class at 20 students).

  • Yes! Drop-ins are welcome at $30 per class, and if you love it, you can upgrade to the full series (if space is still available).

  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer make-up classes for missed sessions. But don’t worry — each class is structured to give you a full-body burn on its own, and you’ll still get great results even if you miss one.

  • Fun, sweaty, and empowering. This isn’t about punishment or perfection — it’s about building real strength and celebrating what your body can do.
