Join Marissa from Our Haven Studios for a fun, high-energy 90-minute Twerkshop designed for all levels — no experience needed.

You’ll break down some of Marissa’s favourite twerk techniques, learn how to create and control different movements, and then put everything together into a fun, sweaty little combo.

Come ready to move, laugh, sweat, and probably discover that your butt can do more than you thought it could. 😏

Knee pads are HIGHLY recommended. Wear comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in, and bring water.

All levels welcome. No previous dance or twerk experience required.
